信息来源:http://www.dhs.gov/The Internet was designed 35 years ago as a robust, distributed network without centralized control in order to provide resiliency against a multitude of attacks, including nuclear war. This distributed network of systems has proven resilient, especially to point failures such as the 9/11 terrorist attacks, natural disasters, or backhoes.
