STIF is a project created and maintaned by Fyodor Yarochkin and Meder Kydyraliev and is aimed to simplify the life of pentests sweatshop workers around the globe. It is a first step towards integration of various security tools currently available. The problem that STIF attempts to solve lies in the fact that currently there's no unified format for data representation. Each tool returns data in its own format and in order to process it analyst has to write parsers for each tool which results in a nightmare in terms of maintenance and efficience.
