Currently used as part of the development of our "Service in a Box" offering, it allows the user to edit HTTP requests and test them against a server, without leaving the application. It has proven helpful in debugging HTTP server implementations and in security audits of web devices and applications. Maybe not a complete replacement for your favourite editor + netcat + stunnel, but it comes close.
